Angel 原是收錄在 Sarah McLachlan 1997 年專輯 Surfacing 裡的歌曲，但一直等到 1999 年伴隨著電影 City of Angels 重新以單曲型式發行才獲得重視而大紅的一首歌，電影本身我覺得不怎麼樣，不過歌本身倒是很不錯。Sarah McLachlan 是加拿大人，嗓音十分乾淨，很棒的女歌手。現場演唱功力超強，下面是幾個不同場合的現場演唱版本，其中我覺得第二個自彈自唱的版本最好。
