"Endora is a special lady. She can scan documents into PDF's as well as make copies for you. She likes to read while copying or scanning, so please place your documents face down. If you were hanging around all day, you'd want something to read as well.
Endora usually leaves the copies in the tray to your left or the tray underneath the scanner.
Don't be fresh."
"Please respect Maude
- DO NOT stick your appendages into the shredder for any reason. Not even for that reason, NOPE.
- DO NOT mistake the shredder for a fax machine. It will shred instead of faxing.
- DO NOT take our your frustration on Maude. She needs time to chew like anyone else."
"The traditionally female names of these coffee makers should in no way suggest that the making of coffee should be perceived as a "feminine" duty or task. Gender is a flawed social construct in our flawed society, and many vessels (and vessel-bearing things), objects, and the locations are routinely referred to as female such as France. The USS Enterprise scaffolding, or sometimes musical instruments. We do not condone or endorse such engendering, but simply enjoy the performances of Ms. Geena Davis and Ms. Susan Sarandon in the early 1990's film, Thelma and Louise, to such a degree that we have decided to name our coffee makers after the essence of these characters, who were righteous vigilantes on a path of glorious destruction. The fact that genders of the characters, Thelma and Louise, and their players, Davis and Sarandon, respectively are in fact female is purely coincidental."
